Fragrant fresh picked grapes bouquet. Entry is pleasantly tart, mildly acidic, moderately tannic Syrah. Lacks the spice and depth of taste and spark expected in a Syrah. Compares poorly with Saint Cosme Cotes de Rhone 2021, 2022, 2023.

very drinkable, dark blackberry, great with venison pottage and cassoulet with duck confit, not very complex, minimal pepper, bacon fat, more of a quaffer

Ok wine, but not very good value at the $25 paid. Decanted 3 hours. Tart red and blue fruit, soft white pepper notes, some florality, medium acidity and soft-ish tannins.

Cedar, pepper licorice, red plum. Medium tannin and acid.
