After a bit of oxidation the scent increases with boysenberry, blueberry and sweet licorice. Taste is slightly dry with rich fruit and a short aftertaste of liquorice.

Dark red colour, with slightly paler rim. Firm peppery nose with some dark fruit. Pepper and smoke on the palate that gives way ripe plums/dark fruits after a good hour or so. very well balanced with med-med+ tannins and acidity.
