Quinta do Carmo Vinho Regional Alentejano Garrafeira

The wine is made by Bâcalhoa with fruit sourced from their Quinta do Carmo vineyards. A blend of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira. Aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels. 14% alcohol, 1,2 g/l residual sugar, 5,7 g/l acidity and ph 3,6. Total SO2 105 mg/l. Tasted blind. Medium-deep and somewhat translucent crimson color.
