Nua Prosecco

Pues que puedo decir... un prosecco facilón pero bastante disfrutable. De color amarillo pajizo. La nariz es de buena intensidad, con notas de manzana, matices cítricos, algún apunte de masa de pan y un fondo de hinojo. En boca entra bien, la burbuja es bastante fina, hay cierta sensación golosa, acidez media y bastante longitud.

My first ever procsecco, and it’s not a style that I have immediately warmed to. I imagine it would go down well with a rich, creamy seafood dish, but on its own I find it a little inaccessible. It is certainly crisp and fruity, with flavours of green apple and pear dominant, along with a zesty citrus bite.
