Cantine Lavorata Bivongi Bivongi Bianco

Still very drinkable. Now 6 years old it seems a little oxidised. But after having the next zipp, it shows a tasdte of very mature citrus, with some deep tones of sitrusoil. I tought first it was upon time to drink up now. But its strong acidity tells me - if I had had more bottles it could easyly been kept in cellar for at least 2-3 years more. A nice experiense.

Had a fantastic rich smell of Melon, Honey and white citrusflowers. It affected the hole room with its smells. But dissapointing in its taste, got lot of honey, and some sharp melon taste ore bitter grapefruit, seames that it had no good effect cellering the last 6 mounts. It has lost the freschness and the crisp it had earlier. Had it together with North-Sea chrimp, but would match better to red crabmeat. Its time to drink up this Vintage. Should …

A fresch tasteful wine, rich flavors of grapfruit, some fancy bitterness, very good maching crab and grillid fat fish. At the prise - a bargin - just over 100 kr pro bottle.
