Caroline Parent Puligny-Montrachet

Fantastic nose. Good acidity and great balance and fruit. Obviously a great vintage and the old vines must help. Great family lineage on the winemaker so it makes sense. Perfect treat and pairing with food and other wines for thanksgiving.

Another excellent showing; this was a great value; wish I had bought a few more; ripe fruit, good minerality and energy, lovely finish.

First bottle from Caroline Parent; diam cork; the color is still pretty bright and young, the nose initially shows some lovely minerality and freshness followed by ripe orchard fruits and floral notes; with air this gets a little more tropical with a bit of mango and pineapple on the nose. The palate has good acidity and freshness and has good depth for a village level. Very good effort and I would be interested in trying additional wines from this producer.
