Purchased at Berry Bros & Rudd for GBP 4.98. Good varietal character, clean, herbs, good fruit (peach) and depth; juicy and fresh, hint of sweetness, rounded and fully mature, pleasant weight, harmonious, flowers, fruit and herbs; good length. Good value. Note 22-8-2013: Staple Vineyards at Church Farm in the village of Staple near Canterbury was the oldest established vineyard in East Kent (1974), owned and run by the late Bill Ash. It is now defunct.
