Agricole Vallone Salice Salentino Giardinelli

Very good VFM. A light to medium bodied Salice Salentino, which is unusual in my experience. Little or none of the pleasant bitterness I expect from Negroamaro-based wines. Instead, slightly faded but pleasant aromas of cherry and raspberry, a touch of oak, and good acidity. So not what I expected, but good nonetheless.
