Blind tasted. Golden. Chardonnay nose with cut grass and unripe apples. Tight with lemony acidity. Lean, dry and tart. Too austere for my taste but well made.

Classic nose of chard with struck match. Mouth very straight, lean and salty, with a good bitterness of pomelo peal ending long on pebble stones. Nice matter in the center with depth. Some tasters wishes some fat, but it is pure and a little rustic. Far from the buttery style. Pure here. Let see if time will polish it. 88-90

Citrus, almonds, cream, lovely minerality. Delicious.

Affordable Burgundy (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : He-llo! This smells like my youthful memories of white burgundy. Aromas of lemon and stone fruit, toast, a little caramel and sweet spice, oak, butter. Sharp acid line is all lemon citrus, butter and oak play second fiddle short but lovely and refreshing.

High acidity. Green apple and citrus. Soft oak. Balanced.
