Black Oak Cabernet Sauvignon California

This is quite good, much better than your typical grocery store Cab. Medium color; fruity, slightly plummy nose. A bit light on the palate, but strikes a nice balance among oak, fruit and bright tannins. Smooth finish. Doesn't try to be more than it is, i.e., a nice, simple wine for every day drinking. At less than $10, this represents very good value.
