Robe pourpre et nez nature avec de la framboise, énormément de framboise Bouche épicée, trame acide et touché de bouche très agréable en fraicheur. C'est dense et juteux. Très bien

Quel vin déroutant. Ce n'est pas un vin qui a les marqueurs du vin nature, donc pas de bouse de vache ou de volatile ici, on a affaire à un vin sans défaut. Cependant, il est loin d'un beaujolais classique, principalement par ses aromatiques qui sont vraiment dans le tapis. C'est vraiment intense, je n'aurais jamais cru dire cela mais son côté floral est trop fort pour moi, j'avais l'impression de boire du jus de violette. Il y a aussi …

Holly was making bœuf Bourgogne so I figured this would be a really nice way to ease into our dinner party. Initially, this was a little awkward, “grape-y” and somewhat prickly on the tongue, what seemed like some secondary fermentation happening in the bottle. After about 15min, the faint fizz was gone and this opened into something rather nice! A touch of grape jelly, a bit carbonic...super primary...certainly a bit whimsical at this stage.
