Day 2, very smooth with great balance, cassis, cherry, cinnamon, tea, integrated oak with nice soft tannins. Really a nice wine overall, and a good price.

I'm not sure if there is bottle variation going on but this is much much lighter in style than the previous bottle. Medium red fruits, cinnamon, extremely silky palate with an abundance of integrated oak. Tannins are fairly well integrated even at this point so this is not a long term drinker. Pretty good overall for the money.

Really nice and surprising value. Red currants, cherry, licorice, asphalt, good length and balance. I'll try this again soon, to see the consistency. Nice wine and good QPR.
