(16/20) Rich but elegant wine. Slightly strict, peppery tones, good concentration. Blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre from the best plots of the winery. Cold maceration of 10 days in steel tanks before fermentation and 12 months ageing takes place in 1-year-old French oak 400l barrels. Bottled unfiltered. Only 1300 bottles produced. Medium intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry, raspberry, violet, toast, cedar, espresso, tobacco, green pepper. 13,5% ABV - €15 @ Winery
