Smidge Grüner Veltliner The Gruve

Has some smoky mineral reduction to the aroma along with a sprig of mint and orchard fruits. It is waxy in the mouth, with good depth of fruit and nice build. It finishes dry and made for a most amiable match with a dish that had a bit of chilli heat. Sealed under screwcap this is as fresh as a trout.
