Cave de Turckheim Pinot Gris

A rather round and soft character with warm and ripe fruit, mainly yellow apples. The palate is surprisingly fresh and fruity but also has a fatness. There is a careful acidity in the background. The wine has a broad and generous character.

Straw yellow colour. Perfumed nose with white flowers, with hints of honey and spice. Taste of ripe yellow fruits, with light hints of smoke and nuts. Dry finish for being a semi-dry wine. Great with rich fish or spicy food.
