(jm+elaine@sean's) Straw color in the glass. Nose of soft straw and fruit, with a hint of age. Taste shows a touch of oak, and more agreeable pomelo notes, grapefruit, quinine and pine sap on the end. Not bad. Brilliant pairing with our rocket gnocchi and gruyere, yum!
