D+0h: quite a lot of deposit in the filter and also in the bottle, smells of blackberry and cherry D+4h: dark as ink, on the rim slightly purple red, smells of blackberry, leather and violets, smooth in the mouth, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth blackberry and violets, in the aftertaste violets, good length (30 sec), good red wine, has kept well.

D+0h: hardly any deposit in the filter and only a tiny bit in the bottle, smells mildly of blackberry and raspberry D+5h: dark as ink, smells almost of nothing, if you try hard, you can perhaps identify blackberry and raspberry, quite a full body, smooth in the mouth, in the mouth and in the aftertaste blackberry, good length (25-30 sec), a good wine, not overly complex though, I guess this will come with time, it's probably still far too young

Whilst not as good as its 2004 brother, this is still a rather fine glass of wine - it needs time in the decanter, then it's a rich, flavoursome, interesting drink with a decent finish.
