Domaine des Clos Côte de Beaune Vieilles Vignes

Medium ruby. Sweet aromas of red and black cherries, cola, flowers. The palate has bright acidity, sweet raspberry and red cherry fruit, some green vegetal flavours with a little astringency on the finish. Good but previous bottles were better.

Red fruit nose which follows through on the palate. Lovely balance, still has some grip with crunchy red fruit, fresh and clean medium finish.

Light ruby. Nose of red cherry, some pepper too. The palate has very pure red cherry fruit and nice acidity, tannins totally integrated. Delicious, one of my favourite red burgundies at superb price.
