Bought at cellar door. Very bright golden color. In the nose very strong muscat smell with some flowers and a very evident sub-layer of sweet wood (the producer mentioned austrian acacia wood). That leads to the main theme of the tasting: the wine it is not integrated yet and the wood leaves a main trace of unpleasant bitterness on the palate. Therefore I strongly suggest not to consume it yet and give it a few years (like 2 or 3). …
