50% Pinot Noir and Chardonnay each from Urville (Côte des Bar). First vinification and malo in steel tanks, second for 10 years on the lees in the bottle. 9 g/l dosage. Splendid creamy but fresh Champagne with apples, peach, chalk salt, toast, almonds, and some complexity. Great value at 26€ on sale.
