1 hr decant. clear medium ruby with medium meniscus. Fruit primary on nose. Raspberry, cherry, plum and black currant. Hint of bramble. Palate similar. Fruit a bit more sour than expected, with notes of tar, burnt tobacco and leather.

After a few Calcareous Moose's that did not meet expectation, this was fabulous. 1.5 hour decant and this wine just explodes. One of he better Paso GSM's.

This sat open for about an hour after the first sip, which was strong, and a bit of pepper. But after that hour it was soft, smooth, and just a bit of sweet. It was a delicious wine.
