popped and poured. best for the first hour. sweet attack. very smooth. nice balance with a little bit of acidity, which seem to fade after an hour. 89 for the first hour. will see how this holds up 24 hours later with repour. first impression is to drink immediately.

Fairly typical Medoc. Needs a bit of airing to soften the cabernet sauvignon. Goes well wiht Pork or Beef.

Guter Alltagswein, nicht super komplex, bekömmlich, easy-drinking, Söure an der oberen Grenze

Simple, bien fait. Amené par la visite pour le déjeuner du dimanche avec des fromages et pâtés.

Fruity nose. Very silky. Low tannin. Not very complex but still good.

Dark fruity nose with some assorted spices and herbs, a bit of alcohol sting, some tarmac and smoked lamb sausage. All in all a pretty appealing nose. The palate is medium bodied with a silky texture. The tannins are pretty fine grained. Medium finish with some berry notes. Not a huge deal of stuff going on, but should make a good weekday dinner wine.
