Cave de Ribeauvillé Gewurztraminer Cuvée Prestige

Very unique wine - especially compared with other Kosher Gewurztraminers . First the there was an incredible mouth-feel - in one word - lush. Really incredible. From a flavor standpoint, it had melon and grapefruit peel at the start - but over the hour, other flavors developed - at the 1/2 hour mark there was a hint of coconut and at the end there was crème brûlée at the back end.
