Story of Soil Picpoul Blanc Santa Ynez Vineyard

Jessica from Story of Soil is an incredibly talented winemaker, taking her intuitive understanding of PN into a completely different varietal, Picpoul. This is a beautiful expression, richer and more extracted than many Old World versions. It's like a refreshing honey chamomile tea infused with tons of lemon. The acid is crisp, the aromatics lovely, and the finish satisfying. I'm already disappointed that we only bought two - it's impossible to find anymore.
