Clean and clear An agave nose. No smoky hints at all. Pear and cactus. Very prominent agave notes. Mild belly burn. A little hot to the lips. This is by far the best Mezcal I have sampled, although my tasting experience is somewhat limited. I don't enjoy the smoky ones.
