Served this with various flatbread. Decanted 30 minutes and tannins still overwhelmed the fruit, even when served with a strong cheddar cheese on garlic crackers. Waited 30 minutes more and was more enjoyable, with more balanced raspberry and cherry amidst softer oak and tannins, when served with roasted red pepper and olive oil flatbread.
