Very light straw-green. Nose a bit muted (maybe this bottle is too cold) but on the palate straight into wonderfully expressive mandarin and kerosene. A long dry finish, but with plenty of richness. This has the acidity to age beautifully. 13.5%, screwcap.

2017 International Wine Fair hosted by Dynamic wines. (The four seasons hotel, the rocks, sydney) : Wild ferment, funky, cheesy & leesy. Juicy but round and soft because of the slight residual sugar then non-descript but pleasant fruit. Again a bit of burr.
