Hmm, stylistically very far away from a crisp and aromatic top Burg. Nose combines greens, sweet oak spice and cummin, all over the place. Not sure what to make of this.

This is such a special wine. we drank it for xmas. It matched the lobster perfectly. initially on the nose it revealed itself a bit Chardonnayish, however it was more complex with herbs. The palate can be best described by me with citrus and pome fruit with very subtle hint of some honey. The salinity makes it a very complex and great wine

Super délicieux et bien nourri. Des citrons, des herbes, un peu de miel et de silex. La finale est longue et persistante. Excellent.

Paid $39.99. A steal. Jermann makes some very excellent white wines. Have visited Jermann several times that I have been in Italy. Their Dreams and Tunina are the best, and I buy them whenever I come across them. This Tunina has a slight saline and slight bitter taste that goes so well with seafood. Full body with a complex fruit taste, due to the many different grapes (Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia). Makes me want to be in Italy.

Underripe tree fruit and sweet pepper mingle together on the nose. The palate adds white flowers, grapefruit, lemon, ripe apples and pears to those flavors. Some fresh parsley and wax notes too. Overall, this wine is fruit forward BUT with enough herbal and mineral notes that keep it very balanced. The finish is lovely and lasts around a minute. Balanced, elegant complex and long. Great with octopus in tomato sauce.
