First few hours after opening it was not offering much for a nose and not much fruit on the palate either. I thought it was basically dead. Second day it was much better, although I'd drink this now and not let it go any longer.

Lime, grapefruit, gasoline and rock salt on the nose. Lime, salt, honey and rose water on the palate. A fair bit of frizzante making it extra zesty. Long honeyed finish.
