Zero/Zero Carignan from biodynamic vineyard in Mendocino. Beautiful ruby with purple. Dried and high tone cherry, earth, and woody herbs. Medium bodied with mouthwatering acid make this incredibly food-friendly. Great with grilled meat and veggies. Great with a chill. Not squeaky clean, but adds to the character while still drinking elegantly.
