Sacado a ciegas en Lavinia. Terminé diciendo que era un albariño, tiro en la cabeza. Nariz típica, con fruta blanca/de hueso, atisbos minerales, rosas. Aromática. Inesperadamente salino y bastante vertical.

Disjointed. Save it for a couple of years and hope for the best, if you have the space. On the other hand, I can think of safer bets to stock up with.

Restrained grapefruit nose. Acidity a little hard on the palate, but dry extract lends a nice grainy, textured mouthfeel. Pleasant, but misses an excitement factor.

Outstanding nose was the first thing that came to my mind. Dominantly fruity, primary nose with pears, flowers and apricots... but nothing else. A modern, almost new world variation of a riesling and not the German riesling that I would go crazy about. Light bodied but oenologically "enhanced" to become medium bodied with restrained acidity due to malo lactic fermentation. Nice overall balance with medium lasting finish but this wine lacks complexity of a classic German riesling. 2009. was far …

Pale yellow colour. Light peach nose. Peach, pineapple, and minerals on the palate. Hints of caramel (7.4 g/l RS) avoid making this fun Riesling too dry (7.3 g/l acidity), maybe halfway between dry and feinherb. Medium finish. Enjoyable and will keep another 4-5 years easily.

Nice, fun, crisp, Sunday flopping-out-on-the-couch wine. My BFF brought this bottle for me from Germany. Wish she'd snagged another few! The nose is nice and minerally, slightly citrusy, and a touch of honeysuckle and wet slate. Super light straw color. Palate is a nice balance of acid and mineral, with Meyer lemon, sweetgrass, kumquat, and those funny clear corn-syrup hard candies that my grandma always used to have laying around. But not sweet like the candies, if that makes any …

Monthly Tasting Group LTB 2014-08; Monastery wines. (By EvA & TdJ) : Very clean bouquet with good citrus. On the palate yellow and white fruits, soft minerality and citrus. Pleasantly dry. Nice wine without being really great.

Fresh and fruity, with high acidity and explosion of tasty fluids in the mouth after the first sip, which really surprise you. Despite being a dry German Riesling it's too sweet for my taste. Will not probably buy again
