I agree with devraj's comments. Tart, yet with nice cream in the mid-body. We opened this Champagne to celebrate the Biden victory. Though most folks only know the grandes marques and other name-brand Champagnes, some of the best are made by the many Champagne co-ops, this one by the Coopérative Vinicole de la Région de Baroville. Pale straw with vigorous bubbles. Lemon curd, pears, pastry cream, and ripe citrus oils. Super easy drinking with citrus poached ripe pears/apples, good acidity, and a decent mineral laden finish. Great QPR!
