Cultivar Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville

Drank at Cultivar in San Francisco. I wanted to like this, especially since I do enjoy Coombsville wines, but this was a tough one. Notes of green bellpepper, a little grassy too. High tannins, need time to mellow out. But there's a somewhat chemically taste to this, that I don't enjoy as much. Still drinkable wine and if it were $20/bottle, I'd drink it, but $72/bottle is pretty crazy for this. 85 points.
