100% biodynamically farmed Pinot Gris. Fermented spontaneously, macerated with the skins. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without any added sulfites. 14,5% alcohol, 1 g/l residual sugar and 5,8 g/l acidity. Tasted blind. Luminous, translucent, medium-deep raspberry-red color. Organic & unfiltered wine with no added sulfites; still on its lees. A rather surprising and unexpected take on pinot gris. Although technically an orange wine, the color on this actually leans much more toward a vibrant, albeit somewhat cloudy, ruby red. I would personally suggest serving this just slightly chilled as it does get more interesting the more it warms up. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this and would definitely buy it again.
