Wonderful stuff but could benefit from a year or so in bottle. Big and bold with loads of leesy creaminess & savory minerality. Lacking harmony at this stage but still very good. Full throttle!

WSET Level 4 D3 Wines of the World; 9/9/2025-5/12/2026 : Pale lemon. Med(+) nose of ripe lemon, yellow apple, pear, apricot, tangerine, pineapple, saline, wet stones. Palate is dry, med(+) acid, med alcohol (13.5%), med(+) body, med(+) flavor intensity that matches the nose and adds a fairly high amount of volatile acidity, med(+) finish starts fruity but ends bitter and acidic. The fruit aroma goes in the direction of ripe lemon and peaches. Also some smoky aromas, salty minerals and oak. Full bodied, lively and concentrated, with pronounced acidity.
