So balanced and complete. Eden/Clare valley blend. Best of both worlds. 93+. Can improve with age.

Clean and crisp. I mostly get minerality & lime with this wine. Maybe some other citrus flavors in the background. Long finish. High acid & dry. I think this would be great with food - tacos or ramen perhaps?

Wet rocks and saline and lemon. “Racy” is such a cliche wine word but there it is. Long finish. Light fruits on the nose. Would be beautiful in the summer with oysters and I suppose lemons and wet rocks.

Voiceless medicine box, hissing stone and chalk flavor. Salted, fine linen. Hemp. Femur dry. Whetstone. Long, calcium and granite finish. Foraged herbs. Thin, strained yellow and white fruit is fresh and hanging in there. A challenging isolation of lean Riesling structure.

Tour de Riesling (United Cellars, 140 William Street, Sydney) : Sulphur again but less so than the No.3. A little lime and a touch of peach, slight wet stone. Medium plus intensity acidity is the just right side of sharp, lighter and more linear than the No.3, very slight texture, flavours of citrus; mostly lemon and lemon pith.
