Aromas of blackberry pie. Medium tannins, medium acidity. Smooth. Very nice red blend of Cab and Merlot. Glad I waited 5 years.

Been a year since we last reviewed this, just keeps getting better. Aromas of blackbery, anise, flint, dried herbs, old leather. More fruit development on the palate, roasted plum, black cherry, cedar wood. Med plus tannin, med acid. Starting to soften out now, really looking forward to the continued development

Really good. Had it opened for a few days and still have lots of tannins by day 5 so I think this will be good for a really long time! Cab Sauv dominant but delicious. Going to hold off drinking another one for a few years.

Tasted after decanting for a few hours. According to the back label, it's a cab sav/merlot blend. Bright red cherry, some cassis. Graphite, shishito pepper, some oregano. This has the herbal character I expect for the Finger Lakes. Medium plus acid, medium plus tannin. This is definitely a wine for the cellar.

Bright red color. Nose is big and dark with hints of blackberry. Maybe black currant. Big dark chewy mouthful. Lots of tannin on the finish but still very pleasant. Cabernet Sauvignon seems to be most prominent but overall very well balanced. Obviously young but seems like it will get even better. For now, air and time help...

Very excited about where this one will go... Aromas of graphite, bell pepper, old leather, blackberry, black plum. The sip starts with fresh picked blueberries up front, but the savory notes dominate the mid palate and back end. Gun smoke, pepper, flint. Nice complexity, will definitely benefit from bottle age. Med plus tannins, med plus acid. Looking forward to tasting again in 6-12 months to see how it's changed
