enjoyed over 2 nights. light gold color. a bit of up front oak spice blows off to reveal tropical fruits. full bodied with medium acidity and a glycerine mouthfeel. pineapple, creamy peach, and coconut flavors all show. medium length finish with a hint of spice at the back. good but not complicated, drink now

Pnp. A bit shy on the nose. Citrus, ripe orchard fruit. Zesty palate. Oak, butter, some mineral. Good acidity and length. Great with cod and lemony beurre blanc. Should keep for several years if the fake cork can be trusted(?).

Aiolos Tasting (Intercontinental Hotel) : Forward, expressive, nutty, sweet spice notes, ripe fruit, decadent, vanilla freshness. Palate showing elegance, citrus and stone fruit notes, vanilla, peach, the acidity is there cutting through all the fruit, med finish. Beauty

Previous bottles of this wine albeit from a different vintage were wonderful so this is a bit of a disappointment- seems to lack some acidity and tension- more evolved than I expected. I would drink up.

Butter and a light five spice were the dominant features on the palate. Oak is present but moderately so and there was sufficient acidity to keep this wine alive. A long long finish. A really good Pouilly.

Great from the pnp and enjoyed over the next 1-2 hours with a chicken Caesar salad and Artisanal garlic. Sweet-churned butter/oak/vanilla on the nose and malo on the palate on opening, quickly moves into a creamy lemon curd dominant nose and palate.
