Simple, plain but perfectly drinkable wine, especially for the price ! Somewhat lighter in body than a classic Rioja, but again, for the price, what would you expect? We bought this for £1.99 / bottle at Majestic Calais, as part of a larger purchase, on spec, as we enjoy other Tempranillo's.
