Light gold with lime pith, acacia, petrichor aromas. Light body at 12.5%, dry, with nice flavor intensity of grapefruit, mineral wash, and, well, lots more grapefruit. I would recommend this.

Bought at the vineyard in Würzburg right after a very nice cellar tour and tasting. Complex Silvaner with layers of gooseberry, minerals (Keuper), salt, and hints of wood. Well balanced (6.3 g/L acidity vs. 1.7 g/l RS) but still very young.
