"SJ" stands for "Selection Johner". The wine is made with the selected best fruit from parcels planted to volcanic soil in Bischoffinger Enselberg and Bischoffinger Steinbuck. Whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in stainless steel (50%) and in old (25%) and new (25%) oak barrels. 13,5% alcohol. Rather pale and almost neutral whitish-green color.
