Probably the best Muscadet sur lie I have ever had. Nice balance between fruit and what is call 'mineralité', which means sensing the wine as 'dense' in a way

Surprisingly good value. Light, refreshing lemon-lime and herbs on the palate with fairly high acidity. Less influence of the lees than usual. Went very well with a lemon risotto - it cut through the richness of the dish beautifully.
