Fattoria Zerbina Sangiovese di Romagna Torre Di Ceparano

Beautiful nose; unmistakably Sangiovese, but it a sedusive and exotic way, complemented by quality wood (chestnut?) - wow. In the mouth, very homogenous, less animalic than the typical Tuscan Sangiovese, more on the smooth side of things. Right upon opening the after-taste is missing but I'm sure that will come with air.
