This is lovely, yet robust with balanced tones of apples, pears, vanilla beans, warm dough, biscuits, toast, almond paste, yellow flowers, nougat, and quince. There is excellent depth and balance to the nose with a real sumptuous quality that draws you in. The medium bodied feel is deft and balanced with crisp, high acidity. This is killer. Whilst the family pedigree can take someone to a level, this is showing a level of winemaking that goes beyond her actual age. …
