Sander Chardonnay Amphore

You might think: Oooo, amphora, it's gonna be all natty and weird. Nope. Clean pure, mineral, salty, but with some explosive aromatics, almost like honeysuckle, comice pear, pineapple, and stones, but not in a fruit-bomb way. Roaring acid on the palate (is this Riesling?), and a super fresh, crystalline finish. An actual steal at 15€.
