Medium/pale salmon A bursting nose of peach, strawberry, navel orange, then blood orange, grapefruit, peach blossom and finally lemon and limestone. Palate is red fruit-focused and equally ripe. Some pepper up front, blood orange and rhubarb, lemon pith and stone round out the nice medium finish. a perfect balance between a good, ripe fruit core and freshness and zing.
