A post-lockdown weekend with friends; 5/1/2021-5/3/2021 (Copse Hill, Lower Slaughter) : With wild garlic risotto, cod loin in breadcrumbs. Compared to the Julicher that preceded it, and the Chanin that followed, this felt much cooler-climate - all tension and energy rather than fruit, and I wouldn't call it "joyous" or even generous.
