Domaine Nembrets, Pouilly-Fuisse, Combe Poncet

Very good for a Chardonnay. Generally not my favorite white varietal, but given the chance to try a Pouilly-Fuisse for $5, I figured I'd give it a go. On pop and pour, it was very simple, a bit sweet, typical. After being open in the fridge for an hour or two, its really developed into something interesting.
