Decanted for 1 hour. Needed some time to come up to temperature from the wine cellar. Aromas of cherry, mushroom, strawberry and touch of herb. Flavors of tart strawberry, sour cherry and mushroom. Ends with a 10-15 second finish with sour cherry notes.
