Mas Codina Cava Brut Reserva

Pale lemon colour. Light nose with green apples and lemon. Medium (-) taste of green apples and lemon. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An acceptable Cava that lacks some complexity. Goes well as an aperitif.
